    Yes, we can create custom-sized beds to fit your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
  • What types of beds do you offer?
    We offer a variety of beds in different sizes to suit all needs, including single, double, small double, king size, and super king size. Our price range includes budget-friendly options, affordable choices, and premium selections, so we have something for everyone. Whether you're a landlord looking to furnish a property, a student seeking a comfortable bed, or an agency in need of bulk purchases, we have options that cater to all budgets and requirements.
  • Do you offer financing options?
    At the moment, we do not offer any financing options. However, we are happy to assist with any other inquiries or provide alternative solutions to help with your purchase.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the product is unused and in its original condition, with no damage or wear and tear. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% to 30%, depending on the item and the size of the order. This fee covers transportation, logistical, and packaging costs.   • What should I do if my bed arrives damaged?
    If your bed arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Do you offer delivery, assembly, and removal services?
    Yes, we provide delivery around the Manchester area within a 50-mile radius. Delivery charges may vary depending on your address. For example, within the Greater Manchester area, our standard delivery charge is £15. We also offer a free assembly service for all our products. Additionally, we provide free removal of divan bases and mattresses. For other items, there may be a removal charge, which varies depending on the type of item. Please contact us for a quote based on your specific needs.
  • How do I place an order?

  • Can I view the beds before purchasing?
    Yes, pictures of all our beds are available on our website for you to view. You are also welcome to visit our showroom anytime between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, to see the beds in person and get a feel for the quality before making your decision.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Normally, if the items are in stock, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. However, delivery time is subject to the availability of the item and available delivery slots. We will confirm the accurate delivery time when you place your order. Thank you for your understanding!
